Repair HVAC and electrical systems at the 88th RD U.S. Army Reserve Center (USARC) Bldg. No. 1 in Elwood, IL. This project included demolition; interior concrete removal and concrete placement; interior and exterior steel doors, acoustical ceiling tiles and grids LED fixtures, resilient flooring; HVAC equipment; direct digital controls; testing, adjusting, and balancing (TAB); commissioning; install addressable fire alarm system; replace all exterior attached building lighting; provide electrical support (circuits, breakers, conduit, etc.); provide two admin office trailers; provide temporary power and communications for temporary administration space; and relocate radio communications equipment.
