1,110 square foot design-build project at the USDA Edward T. Schafer Agricultural Research Center (ETSARC) building in Fargo, ND. Greenstone converted three laboratories into two larger laboratories of 500 square feet each, removed east and south walls from a storage closet to add 20 feet of space to another laboratory, and updated and remodeled one office space.
