Our project team provided all supervision, labor, material, and equipment for demolition, system and equipment upgrade, and utilities for Indian Health Services (IHS) Yakama Health Center Complex in Toppenish, WA. The project included replacement of chiller with a new high efficiency chiller, chilled water pump, and two new split system heat pumps for the waiting area and conference room at the Annex Building (Bldg #20); replacement of the primary HVAC system and establishment of back-up HVAC for the health center IT server room E28 (Bldg #27), and improvement to the electrical system serving an uninterruptible power supply for IT equipment (Bldg #27). This project was in a remote location and required close coordination with the local tribal TERO office.
